When you work the third shift, finding a decent meal is almost impossible. Drive-thru bags, vending machines, and cold leftovers become the norm. We started After Midnight Fry because that never sat right with us.
It began with the idea of just fried chicken, done the way home cooks do it. Then we looked around Westmoreland and realized there was no fried chicken spot and no Italian restaurant either, so we added lasagna and pot roast to the lineup.
Everything is cooked fresh, in real cookware, at the hour you actually need it. No warmers, no shortcuts. Just a homemade dinner when the rest of the world is closed.

Everything starts when your order comes in. Chicken hits the fryer fresh, lasagna is pulled hot from the oven, pot roast finishes in its own gravy. No warming trays. No microwaves.

We deliver overnight, roughly midnight to 5 AM local time. Order times may vary slightly on weekends and holidays, and we will confirm your delivery window when your order is received.
